Heritage Riverview
From a bowling alley to the home of Hearst Magazines & Scalarworks, Heritage Riverview has been a pivotal location for the city of Easton. Louis P. Pektor III originally purchased the building in February of 2016 for $925,000, and has since renovated the architecturally underdeveloped structure into an iconic two-story 61,000 (GSF) Class “A” office building with 30 underground parking spaces.
