574 Main Street Building
Ashley Development acquired the property at 547 Main Street following a devastating fire that destroyed the historic building which had stood there since the 1880’s. The property is located in the heart of Historic Bethlehem’s Central Business District, at the prominent corner of Broad and Main Streets across from Main Street Commons and Liberty Center. ADC has commissioned blue prints that provide for the historic reconstruction of the building and adaptation of the floor plan to suit a new three-story fully accessible high-end restaurant. The building was sold in 2009.
