Woolworth Building
The Woolworth Building is adjacent to Main Street Commons. This ca. 1900 commercial building was originally a dry goods store. When Woolworth’s 5 & 10 closed in the early 1990’s, Ashley Development acquired it and following a 1½ year long restoration of the façade and reconstruction of the 16,000 square foot interior, the building is partially leased and occupied by the Social Security Administration, a financial services firm with commercial office space on the 2nd floor.
