Once their new city police station and arts charter school projects on North Fourth Street are complete, the Pektors — through an LLC called Heritage Riverview — are turning their attention to the proposal just across from Easton’s new city hall and a half-block from a hoped-for aquarium.

After checking with their engineers to make sure the huge I-beams at the top of the main floor can take the stress, they plan to add five stories of luxury condos above the existing structure, which is one story along South Third Street but two stories in the rear, off Sitgreaves Street.
