Polk Street Commercial Center
This urban in-fill new construction project defines the character and quality that Ashley Development bestows upon its projects. The façade was designed to portray a balanced multi-building appearance referencing the early 20th century architectural styles that are prevalent in the adjacent historic district. The 57,000 square foot building is currently being retrofitted for student housing on the upper two levels and retail/service businesses at the street level.
